HOMINY CASSEROLE 
3 cans hominy, drained
1/2 stick butter
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can mushroom soup
3 hot peppers, seeded and chopped fine
1/2 small onion, chopped

Sauté onion in butter. Mix all ingredients and pour into baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
