CHEESY POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns, slightly thawed & separated
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
24 oz. pkg. sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup

Mix all ingredients except chips and place in slightly greased 9"x13" pan. Top with potato chips. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 10 to 12. May be frozen, bake 20 to 30 minutes longer if frozen.
