BUTTERHORNS 
2 c. flour
1/2 lb. butter
1 egg yolk
3/4 c. sour cream

Cut butter into flour with fingers. Mix all ingredients well. Shape into a ball. Sprinkle with flour. Wrap and chill.

Divide dough into 3 parts. Roll one part at a time in circle as for pie crust.

FILLING:

3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Combine ingredients.

Cut dough into 12 wedge sections and sprinkle with filling. Roll, starting with large portion. Place rolls on buttered cookie sheet and bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 36 cookies.
