COUNTRY CHICKEN NUGGETS 
3 to 4 c. corn flakes
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. chicken breasts, skinned and cut in 1 inch pieces
1 stick butter, melted

Heat oven to 400 degrees. In medium bowl smash corn flakes. Dip chicken in melted butter, then coat with corn flake crumbs. Place chicken 1/2 inch apart on 15x10x1 jelly roll pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
