HOMEMADE SALAMI | |
2 lbs. hamburger 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. Morton Tender quick salt 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1 tbsp. liquid smoke 1 tbsp. mustard seed 3/4 c. water Mix well all ingredients. Shape into rolls, wrap each in foil, and refrigerate for 24 hours. Bake for 1 hour in foil at 350 degrees. When done, poke holes in foil to let grease drain. Cool. Store in refrigerator, wrapped in foil. |
