JOLENE'S VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 (16 oz.) bags frozen California blend vegetables
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz

Cook vegetables in microwave on high for 15 minutes. Drain vegetables and place in 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle mushrooms on top of vegetables. Blend soup and Cheez Whiz together over medium heat. Pour over vegetables; do not mix. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
