VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables
1 c. cooked Minute rice
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. carrots
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 jar Cheez Whiz (4 oz.)

Cook vegetables in small amount of water for about 3 minutes. Drain. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 15 minutes. Add water chestnuts or cashews, if desired.
