BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. milk
1 can Campbell's cream of broccoli soup
1 c. diced cheese or Cheez-Whiz
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
2 c. cooked rice

In saucepan, in hot oil, cook celery and onions until tender-crisp. Combine soup and milk; stir in celery-onion mixture, cheese, broccoli, and rice. Pour into 10 x 6 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until hot.
