ITALIAN BEEF 
3 lb. chuck roast
Lawry's seasoned salt
2 cans au jus

Season chuck roast with Lawry's seasoned salt. Brown on both sides. Place in large casserole with au jus. Turn every 45 minutes. Bake at 250 to 300 degrees for 3 hours. Pull apart with fork. Serve on hard rolls; etc.
