1 box rice (or corn) Chex
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. butter
2 c. confectioners' sugar

Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter together. Mix thoroughly with Chex. Put Chex mix into paper bag and shake in 1 cup confectioners' sugar. Add second cup of confectioners' sugar and shake. Put in big dog dish and serve. Best if made day before needed.
