1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 reg. size instant vanilla pudding
2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 lb. pkg. Oreo cookies

Place cookie sin blender and blend into crumbs. Set aside. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar with electric mixer. Set aside.

In another bowl mix instant pudding and 2 cups milk according to package directions. Add Cool Whip and mix with cream cheese mixture. Use plastic flower pot (without hole in bottom). Layer cookie crumbs and pudding mix. End with cookie crumbs. Stick silk flowers into middle of pot (at Christmas use silk poinsettias and use as center piece).
