SEAFOOD FETTUCINI 
1/2 lb. shrimp
1/2 lb. scallops
1/2 lb. imitation crab
4 tbsp. butter
1 dash sweet basil
2 cloves crushed garlic
4 tbsp. flour
1 pt. half and half
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, do not drain
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 dash oregano
2 tbsp. dry white wine
3 tbsp. chopped onion

Melt butter; add flour, salt, pepper, onion, garlic, basil, and oregano. Add half and half.

Stir in and cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Add mushrooms and liquid, Parmesan cheese, shrimp, scallops, crab, wine. Stir until hot and bubbly. Serve over fettucini.

I saute the shrimp and scallops in butter before adding to sauce.
