SEAFOOD FETTUCINI 
3 lb. shrimp or crab
3/4 lb. butter
3 garlic cloves, chopped
3 sm. peppers, chopped
3 onions, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
3 tbsp. parsley
1/4 c. flour
1 pt. half & half
1 1/2 lbs. Velveeta
1 lb. fettucini
Jalapeno to taste

Saute vegetables in butter; add parsley, garlic and seafood. Add half & half, celery and flour. Cook 30 minutes on very low. Add jalapeno. Boil fettucini, add to above mixture and pour into 3-quart greased casserole. Top with Parmesan cheese and grated Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 12 to 16 people.
