STUFFED CABBAGE 
1 lg. head cabbage
2 c. cooked rice
2 eggs
2 lbs. ground meat
Optional, diced onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 qt. tomatoes (32 oz.)
1 can sauerkraut
1 c. tomato paste

Steam whole cabbage, peel. Mix remaining ingredients. Roll in cabbage leaves. Cover and cook about 1 hour, at 350 degrees.
