REFRIED BEANS FOR BURRITOS 
1 pkg. dry pinto beans
Dash of salt
Dash of garlic
Dash of celery seed

Soak beans overnight. Cook until soft. Lift out of pot with slotted spoon and place in frying pan. On medium to low heat mash beans with fork or masher. Place in soft tortilla shell. You can then add diced onion and (or) green pepper, taco sauce or salsa, hot sauce and your favorite cheese. Bake in oven until warmed or fry in butter.
