ROAST AND BEAN BURRITOS 
3 lb. pinto beans
4 lb. roast
3/4 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
30 flour tortillas
Chili powder
Red pepper

Cook roast and pinto beans as usual. Chop meat finely. Mash beans with potato masher. Season to taste with chili powder and red pepper. Mix thoroughly. Spoon onto flour tortillas and sprinkle on grated Cheddar cheese. Roll and bake until completely heated. Serve with picante and or catsup. Makes approximately 30 burritos.
