RAISIN SAUCE 
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. raisins
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 tbsp. lemon juice

In saucepan, mix together first 3 ingredients. Slowly add vinegar, next 3 ingredients and 1 1/2 cups water. Stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Serve hot - makes 2 1/2 cups.
