PUDDING CHEESE PIE 
1 1/2 c. crushed 40% Bran Flakes
1/3 c. coconut
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. chopped nuts
3 tbsp. melted butter

Mix. Press into 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 2/3 c. milk
1 lg. pkg. Jello vanilla instant pudding mix

Beat cheese until very soft. Gradually add 2/3 cup milk and blend until smooth. Add remaining milk and pudding mix. Beat at lowest speed until blended (about 1 minute). Pour into crust. Chill at least 3 hours.

VARIATIONS:

Use graham cracker crust.

Slice bananas into pie shell before filling - excellent!

Garnish with crust crumbs or toasted coconut.
