1 lb. butter
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
4 lb. XXXX sugar
1 c. ground cocoa
1 c. chopped nuts

Melt cheese and butter. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well and pat in 15"x10" Pyrex cake pan. Chill. Smaller the pan, the thicker the fudge.
