POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 lg. potatoes, cooked in skin

Chill then peel. Coarsely grated into bowl.

8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 stick melted butter
1 chopped onion

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Press into lightly greased casserole dish. Bake at 350, 40-45 minutes. Serves 10-12.
