HAM MACARONI BAKE 
1 (7 1/2 oz.) box macaroni and cheese
1 (6 1/4 oz.) can chunk ham
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1/2 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
2 tbsp. green onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. melted butter

Make macaroni and cheese as directed on package. Stir in ham, cottage cheese, sour cream, onion, salt and mustard. Put into a 1 1/2 quart casserole.

TOPPING:

Melt butter and toss crumbs, cheese and parsley in it. Sprinkle on top of macaroni mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 4 to 6. Any left over ham can be used.
