1 box macaroni Spaghetti sauce 1 lb. ground beef American cheese Cook noodles until done. Brown ground beef. Add to spaghetti sauce. Add noodles to sauce mixture. Place some in bottom of bowl - layer with cheese. Alternate ending with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until cheese melts. | |
