ANY DISH MEAT SAUCE | |
hamburger onion powder or onions chopped fine 15 ounce can tomato sauce ketchup sugar or any sweetener may add little shake of garlic powder Brown hamburger with onion or powder and garlic powder then drain on plate with paper towel. Place back in pan add tomato sauce. Add a little ketchup. Add sugar to sweeten. Cook on low heat and taste. If not just right, add a little more ketchup or sugar this is done to your taste. This sauce is used for hotdogs, spaghetti, stuffed shells, over cooked rice, my sloppy Joe's, and also I place it in a baking dish, add shredded cheese on top. Bake at 350°F until melted. I serve with plain tortilla chips. Great dinner dish served with a garden salad or as a snack. Submitted by: nancy h |
