ROCKY ROAD PIE | |
1 9" graham cracker crust 1 c. chocolate chips 3 eggs 1/4 c. sugar 1 c. cream, whipped 1 c. marshmallows 3/4 c. pecans 1/2 tsp. rum flavoring Melt chocolate chips, but do not cool. Add 1 whole egg and 2 egg yolks, beaten. Add rum flavoring. Beat 2 egg whites until foamy, gradually add sugar. Fold together whipped cream, marshmallows and pecans. Fold all ingredients together and pour into the prepared baked pie shell. Refrigerate. |
