GAZPACHO ANDALUZ 
4 fresh tomatoes, peeled and cut in fourths
1/2 onion
1/2 green pepper
1/2 cucumber
1 clove garlic
2 slices white bread, crusts removed, and moistened with water
4 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. olive oil

Throw it all in a food processor and blend. Serve well-chilled and pass around small bowls of chopped vegetables listed above and croutons for each person to add to their soup.
