RHUBARB - GELATIN COBBLER 
3 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 sm. pkg. cake mix
Butter

Arrange rhubarb in flat baking dish. Combine sugar, gelatin and cake mix; mix well. Sprinkle over rhubarb; dot with butter. Pour 1 cup water over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

Our family has enjoyed this springtime dessert.
