CREAM CHEESE CUPCAKES 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1/8 tsp. salt

Beat until smooth, add chocolate chips and set aside to be added later.

1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix together and set aside.

1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil

Beat until smooth. Add dry ingredients and blend well. Fill cup cake cups half full. Add spoonful or more of the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes one large dozen.
