OATMEAL FUDGE 
5 tbsp. cocoa
2 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. peanut butter
3 c. rolled oats
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine cocoa, sugar, butter and milk; boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, oats and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into pan lined with waxed paper or drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper.

For variation, use nuts or coconut.
