RICE HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
3/4 soup can of water
1 sm. can mushrooms
1/2 c. uncooked rice
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. cashews (optional)

Brown hamburger, onions and celery; drain well. Add soups, soy sauce, water, mushrooms, rice, salt and pepper. Bake covered in medium sized casserole 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Add water if it appears dry. Add cashews on top for the last 20 minutes of baking time.
