HOT PEPPER JELLY 
1/4 c. chopped or ground red or green hot pepper
1 1/2 c. chopped or ground sweet bell pepper
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 bottle liquid pectin

Mix pepper, sugar and vinegar. Bring to boil; boil for 3 minutes. Add pectin and boil 1 minute longer. Remove from heat and let set for 5 minutes. Put into hot sterilized jars and seal. Serve as you would cranberry sauce.
