HUNGARIAN CHICKEN 
3 tbsp. butter
2 med. onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, diced
2 sm. green peppers, chopped
4 med. tomatoes, chopped
4 chicken breast halves, cooked, boned, and chopped
1/4 c. Hungarian paprika
1 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

In a large skillet brown onions and garlic in butter. Add peppers and tomatoes. Cook 5-10 minutes. Add chicken and paprika. Stir well. Add sour cream. Stir well and simmer 45 minutes. Serve over cooked noodles.
