CURRIED PORK CHOPS 
8 pork chops
1 box curried rice (small)
1 can (small sliced) pineapple, packed in juice
4 tbsp. shortening
2 1/2 c. water

Brown pork chops in shortening. Place chops in baking dish after browned. Mix box of rice, water and juice. Place on top of pork chops. Bake 45 minutes at 400 degrees. Place pineapple slices on top and bake about 10 minutes longer.
