MARINATED PORK CHOPS 
3 bacon slices, diced
1 c. finely chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. honey
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
3/4 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 thick cut pork chops

Combine bacon, onion and garlic and cook until bacon is crisp. Add soy sauce, lemon juice, honey and powders. Bring to a boil and then simmer. In another skillet, brown pork chops 5 minutes per side. Spoon mixture over chops. Cover and cook on stove top or in oven at 350°F for 1 hour.
