SAUSAGE CHEESE BALLS 
1 lb. grated mild Cheddar cheese
1 lb. hot seasoned pork sausage
3 c. biscuit mix

Melt cheese completely over low heat. Combine sausage and biscuit mix. Cut in as for pie crust. Add melted cheese and mix completely. Form in 1 1/4 inch balls. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.

They may be shaped and frozen to be baked later. Yield 80.
