BREADED CAULIFLOWER 
1 head cauliflower
2 eggs, beaten
Bread crumbs
Oil for frying
Salt and pepper

Break cauliflower into buds. Simmer in salted water until fork tender but not too soft. Cool. Dip buds in beaten egg seasoned with salt and pepper and then roll in bread crumbs to coat. Fry in deep oil at 350°F until brown. Drain on paper towels.
