WHOLE WHEAT WAFFLES 
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. cream (or milk and cream et butter)
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/8 c. whole wheat flour

Separate yolks of eggs from whites. Beat whites until stiff. Sprinkle sugar while beating. Beat yolks and add liquids, flour, and salt. Stir until smooth. Fold batter into egg whites and bake.
