HONEY CARROTS 
1 or 2 lbs. carrots, peeled and sliced
Water to cover
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. honey or orange marmalade
1/4 c. butter

Cover carrots with water. Bring to a boil and cover. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 20 minutes or until soft. Drain. Melt honey and butter until it bubbles. Ladle syrup over carrots. Serves 4.
