2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. Dijon style mustard
Fresh carrots

Cut carrots on bias. Saute quickly in fry pan with butter or olive oil until crispy tender. Add 2 tablespoons honey and 1 tablespoon mustard. Coat well and serve.
