4 sm. onions, peeled
Butter flavored vegetable spray
2 tbsp. Bourbon
2 tbsp. sweet honey mustard
2 tbsp. honey
2 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. J.D.'s Magic

Slash stem end of each onion in a deep tick-tack-toe pattern. Heavily coat each onion with cooking spray. Place cut sides up in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover with lid. Bake onions at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Combine Bourbon, honey, mustard, honey, lemon juice and J.D.'s Magic. Stir well and set aside. Uncover onions and bake for 45 minutes or until tender, basting with Bourbon mixture every 10 minutes.
