4 sm. onions
Butter-flavored spray or butter
1 1/2 tbsp. bourbon
1 1/2 tbsp. mustard
1 1/2 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Slash an "X" on top of onions. Coat each one with spray or butter; place cut sides up in baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Combine all ingredients. Uncover and taste for 45 minutes or until tender.
