THE MOST DELICIOUS COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. light brown sugar
1 egg
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. reg. oats
1 c. crushed corn flakes
3 1/2 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream together butter and sugar; add egg and mix well. Add remaining ingredients one at a time except pecans; mix well. Stir in pecans. Form dough into balls the size of walnuts. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with fork. Bake at 325 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until lightly brown; do not over cook. Allow to cool before removing from pan. Yields 6 dozen.
