4-6 potatoes
1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
1 tsp. salt

Brush 4-6 potatoes with melted butter. Mix corn flake crumbs and salt. Coat buttered potatoes and bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until tender.
