SHERRIED CRAB 
2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. crab meat
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1/4 c. sherry
1 (2 lb.) loaf dark pumpernickel bread
(2 cans sm. shrimp can be used in place of crab)

Preparation time 15 minutes. Microwaveable. Serves 12.

In double boiler melt cut up pieces of cheese. Blend in mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in crab that has been carefully picked over. Add sherry and stir well. Hollow out bread and cut into cubes. Serve bread dipped in crab.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
