SUPREME CRAB SOUP | |
3 carrots 3 celery stalks 2 med. onions 1 lb. imitation crab meat 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (cubed) 2 c. milk 1 c. water salt and pepper to taste 1 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning cornstarch 2 c. beef broth Cut carrots, celery and onion in medium size pieces and cook in beef broth and water until done (20 minutes). Add salt, pepper, Old Bay seasoning and crab meat to broth. In separate pan on low heat melt cheese and milk. Add cornstarch to milk mixture (vary amount according to thickness you want). Combine both mixtures together in a large pan. |
