CREAM OF CRAB SOUP 
1 qt. milk
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
Tabasco sauce to taste
Celery seed and curry powder to taste
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lb. fresh crab meat

Shake milk and flour in jar until smooth. Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in milk/flour mixture, parsley, Tabasco, celery seed, curry powder, onion salt and salt. Simmer until thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in crab meat. Heat to serving temperature.

Makes 6 servings.
