1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Soften butter; mix with sugar. Add beaten eggs to sugar mix. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well; pour into pie shell. Place unbaked pie on a cookie sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes.

Yields 6 servings.
