TREVA'S LASAGNE 
Brown 2 1/2 pounds good ground chuck with 1 can mushroom pieces. Add Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.

SAUCE:

1 qt. Ragu or Prego spaghetti sauce
1 lg. can tomato paste
3 tomato paste cans water
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Pinch basil

Bring to a boil and add meat. Simmer all day. (I use my oven instead of having to keep watching on the stove.) Before putting in oven add 1 teaspoon basil and 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.

FILLING:

1 lb. ricotta cheese
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped very fine
2 eggs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. crumbled sage
1 pkg. provolone cheese

Layer sauce, noodles, sauce, ricotta mixture, provolone, noodles, meat and sauce until your baking pan is full ending with sauce. Bake at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes.
