SAUSAGE AND PEPPER FETTUCINI | |
1 lb. hot Italian sausage 2 med. peppers, chopped 1 c. onions, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 1 c. light cream (add more cream or milk if you want it more liquid) 1/4 c. snipped fresh parsley 1 tsp. dried marjoram, crushed 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 10 oz. fettucini, cooked 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese Cook sausage, pepper, onions, and garlic until brown. Drain fat. Stir in cream, parsley, marjoram, salt, and pepper. Boil. Reduce heat. Cook, stirring frequently over medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Toss with Parmesan cheese and pour over hot cooked fettucini. Toss together and serve. |
