SAUSAGE & RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. loose sausage (you can use 1/2 lb. regular & 1/2 lb. hot)
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. onions
1 can mushroom pieces or 8 oz. fresh

Fry together above ingredients. Then add:

5 c. water
1 c. dry rice (UNCLE BEN'S® long grain)

Boil 5 minutes. Add 2 envelopes dry Lipton chicken noodle soup (4 oz.). Bake in 3 quart casserole at 350 degrees for at least 1 hour. You want the water to be absorbed.
