SAUSAGE & RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage, browned & drained
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® wild long grain rice, cooked by directions
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese

Combine first four ingredients and 1/2 cup of grated cheese, pour into casserole dish and top with chopped pecans and remaining grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
